This year's E3 will take place 10-12 June in Los Angeles. For those of that you that don't know, E3 is the world's premiere annual trade show for computer and video games. It is only open to the trade and is used by manufacturers and publishers to promote and display their upcoming products.
Once again The Game Collection will be in attendance checking out all the latest games that are likely to be coming your way over the next 12 months. Last year the highlights of the show were obviously the two new consoles from Microsoft and Sony. A year on and we expect this year's E3 to be firmly about the games, particularly for Xbox One and PS4. With Nintendo's Wii U also seeing a resurgence since the release of Mario Kart 8 hopefully Nintendo will announce more titles to continue the console's upward trend. Ubisoft have arguably had the stars of new IP for the last 2 years with Watch Dogs in 2012 and The Division last year. Can they come up with something again this year or will one of the other publishers surprise us?
We'll be sharing photos and snippets on Twitter & Facebook throughout the show. And if you want us to take a closer look at anything just give us a shout and we'll do our best to check it out on your behalf. Here's a brief selection, in alphabetical order, of what we're looking forward too (all confirmed to be at E3 2014). Once we've had chance to take a closer look we'll update this page with links to our blog where we'll tell you all about the games we were lucky enough to try out ...
