CONTRACT CREATION AND ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING
The technical steps required to create the contract between You and Us are as follows:
You place the order for Your Products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
We will send You an order acknowledgement email detailing the products You have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Us.
As your product is shipped from our warehouse We will send you an despatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between You and Us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless We have notified You that we do not accept Your order or You have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in these conditions.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.
DELIVERY TERMS
UK Delivery ONLY
All Items are delivered by 1st Class Post. All orders are now delivered within the UK for FREE. We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise on products page) of the order being placed and delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.
European Delivery
We deliver to Europe for a charge of £4 per item. We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise on products page) of the order being placed and delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, we would appreciate a brief explanation to help us improve the service we offer our customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
FAULTY GOODS
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
