UK Delivery
All Items are delivered by 1st Class Post. All orders are now delivered within the UK for FREE. We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise on products page) of the order being placed and delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.
If you would like an order delivered to a different address to your credit/debit card billing address please use the Google Checkout option to pay for your goods (The Google Checkout process only takes a little bit longer).
European Delivery
We deliver to Europe for a charge of £4 per item. We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise on products page) of the order being placed and delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, we would appreciate a brief explanation to help us improve the service we offer our customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
FAULTY GOODS
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
For PC games please check that your computer is capable of running the program you purchase as we cannot be responsible for any computer incompatibilities.
