Our pick of New Releases this October
As Christmas approaches, the new releases come thick and fast! Below are our picks for October 2011.
Sports fans are in for a treat this month as the two top players in Football gaming go head-to-head with FIFA 12, and Pro Evolution Soccer 2012, and petrol heads can get on the track with Forza Motorsport 4.
Also out this month are the highly anticipated titles that have been causing quite a stir at the games shows, including RAGE, Batman: Arkham City and Battlefield 3.
FIFA 12 (Xbox 360/PS3/PC/PSP/3DS/PS2)

Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 continues KONAMI's determination to listen to its fanbase and make key improvements to the aspects the audience demands. Thus, the focus for PES 2012 is to ensure the highest level of playability, challenge and realism for the game, whilst also improving the level of control offered to users.
Teamwork is central to how the game moves and feels, enabling fans to replicate anything they would see in a real match. Players will no longer flock to a ball, but will make intelligent runs to create space and draw markers, while others will make themselves available, instigate runs, and visibly call for the ball.
