All teams/players etc that come with the game are fictional. Apart from Don Bradman himself, who is fully licensed.
However, the game has a feature called the "Don Bradman Academy" where you can create, edit and share online players, teams, competitions, tours and umpires. You can also download these players/teams/competitions/tours/umpires that others have already created, which include all well known teams and players.
