Delivery Information

Please note that the information below is based on normal delivery conditions and is meant as a guideline only. External factors (e.g. adverse weather, strikes and other conditions affecting postal networks) may still delay your order beyond our control.

STANDARD DELIVERY

All standard items are delivered by the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. All orders are delivered within the UK for FREE. Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of Royal Mail Tracked 24 items the next working day.

Larger items such as consoles will be sent via Courier Delivery and will require someone to sign for the goods. There is a surcharge when sending these larger items via courier to the following postcode destinations:

This surcharge amount will be payable at checkout when applicable.

COURIER DELIVERY

For all standard items, we offer Courier Delivery from £4.95 which will arrive on the next working day after despatch (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 1pm using this delivery method will despatch on the next working day.

Courier Delivery is only available for standard items that are listed as 'IN-STOCK'. Larger items such as consoles will be sent via Courier Delivery automatically as part of the FREE Standard Delivery service (conditions apply, see Standard Delivery for details).

DIGITAL DELIVERY

We offer several digital items for purchase. This will be clearly displayed on the product pages. After a digital item is purchased:

1. Your order will be passed through our fraud checks which typically take 5 minutes.
2. If your order fails the automated checks a manual review of your order maybe required (this will only occur during normal working hours of 9am-3pm Monday-Friday).
3. Once fraud checks are passed your code will be displayed in the 'My Digital Orders' section in your The Game Collection account.
4. Once the code has been retrieved follow the relevant instructions from the product page to redeem the code.
