Products Help
- Do you only sell 'New' products?
-
The majority of products we sell are brand new and identified on the product pages with new. We also offer a selection of items in a lesser condition at even more amazing prices. These are always clearly labelled.
Click here for a full list of the product conditions that we offer. - The product is labelled 'Pre-Order'. What does this mean?
-
Any product marked as Pre-Order has not been released yet. The product will be new and manufacturer sealed. You can order it from us today and it will usually be dispatched in time for delivery on the official release date shown on the products listing.
Please note that release dates are subject to change. - Are your games compatible with my console?
-
All the games we sell are fully compatible with UK consoles, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
- What in-game languages are available for the product?
-
All the games we sell are fully in English language, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Some games offer the option to change the language in the settings either in-game or from the system settings, but we cannot guarantee which (if any) will be available for every game.
- What do age ratings mean?
-
Age ratings are classifications used to ensure that entertainment content, such as computer games, are clearly labelled by age according to the content they contain. Age ratings provide guidance to help you decide whether or not to buy a particular product.
But with so many different age rating classifications world-wide, we understand that it can be difficult to keep up and make sure that you and your family are protected from inappropriate content. To keep things simple, we've made this handy guide so you know the games that contain suitable content.
PEGI
The only age rating that is officially recognised in the UK and Europe (for all current and future releases) is PEGI shown by the symbols below. Bold and easy to understand, the number on the symbol specifies the age that the content is suitable for.
BBFC
Before PEGI became the recognised standard in the UK, BBFC would rate the content of games. Although rarely seen these days, you can still get some older games with the ratings below. BBFC is still the rating for movies in the UK, and occasionally we do sell DVD and Blu-rays that will also be classified with one of the following ratings.
