How does pre-ordering a Switch 2 game work?

Add the Switch 2 pre-order title to your basket and complete checkout. You will be charged at the point of order. Your game/item will be dispatched ahead of launch to arrive on release day, with free UK tracked first class delivery included.

Is there a price promise on Switch 2 pre-orders?

Yes - The Game Collection's pre-order price promise means if the price drops between your order date and release day, you will be charged the lower price.

When will my Switch 2 pre-order be delivered?

Pre-orders are dispatched in advance of the release date (usually 1-2 days before release) to arrive on release day. All pre-orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Tracked service. While postal delay can occasionally happen we do everything we can to ensure your Switch 2 game is with you on launch day.

Can I cancel a Nintendo Switch 2 pre-order?

Yes - pre-orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by selecting the cancel option from within your account. Note pre-orders will enter a packing phase 2-3 days before launch after which cancellation may only be available by contacting our Customer Service team.
