COVID-19 Information

WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we will be shipping all orders to UK destinations as quickly as possible, but please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery due to possible external delays in the postage system until further notice.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international destinations or destinations outside of the UK until further notice. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

ARE ANY UPCOMING RELEASE DATES AFFECTED OR WILL YOU NO LONGER BE GETTING STOCK OF MY PRE-ORDER?

We are currently expecting all upcoming titles that are released during the lockdown to be released as expected.  Should this situation change, we will notify you all across our various channels.

CAN I STILL RETURN ITEMS?

Yes, of course you can still return items in the normal way by contacting us via the website.  Please be advised though as due to us operating a reduced workforce in line with Government guidance there will be delays in processing your return.

IS IT SAFE TO RECEIVE DELIVERIES?

The likelihood of a package becoming contaminated is low due to the changes in temperature and the time it takes a package to get to you so we consider it as safe as humanely possible to receive packages. You can find the latest information on COVID-19 on the information pages of the UK Government and the World Health Organization.

WILL I GET REDUCED CONTACT WITH THE DELIVERY DRIVER?

Our main carriers Royal Mail and Parcelforce have taken measures themselves to reduce the risk of contracting Coronavirus when you answer the door. For example, if your item needs a signature they will log your name as proof of receipt instead and if it is a parcel they will knock on the door and retreat to a safe distance.

WHY AM I HAVING TROUBLE REACHING YOU ON THE PHONE?

Sadly due to isolation our Customer Services Team are working from home and so there's nobody in the office to take calls. We sincerely apologise for this but we are of course available to answer emails as swiftly possible. Please allow an extra 2 working days for a response due to the extremely high levels of correspondence we're receiving.
